Jody Fletcher has worked in the drug and alcohol treatment field for over 12 years. Jody worked at The Sober Living Center in Escondido for 10 years as the Drug and Alcohol Program coordinator. She was the primary facilitator for the Psycho-educational classes and work with the staff to coordinate the many different modalities in the facility. Jody was also responsible for the development and implementation of group/individual therapy programs, treatment planning and discharge planning. Currently Jody is the intake Marketing Coordinator for Lasting Recovery, which is an Outpatient Substance Abuse treatment center.

Lisa Hanthorn, RN has been a Registered Nurse for over 11 years. Specializing in Case Management, Health and Rehabilitation, Occupational Health Nursing. Her duties have included analyzing medical history, assessing client's medical needs through record review and interview with client and medical providers to identify the impact of current illness on client's physical and psychological well-being and support system. Lisa has also headed various health, wellness and safety programs to ensure and facilitate the individuals and companies best well being.

Cortney Devlin has worked in Sales and Marketing in the Spa Industry over 10 years until her own sobriety path brought her to Casa Pacifica Women. She has taken on the role as House Manager at Casa Pacifica Women ensuring a safe and nurturing environment to support the continued path of each resident's sobriety. She is also Director of Marketing for the Casa Pacifica Women Recovery Program. Currently she is pursuing national yoga certification while further developing CHAKRA S.E.N.S.E. (using the chakra's to create a spiritual environment nurturing success in everyone).

Judy A, Saalinger, Ph.D, MFT, CAS is a California licensed MFT and holds an addiction specialist certification through the American Academy of Healthcare Providers in the Addictive Disorders. Prior to forming /establishing Lasting Recovery in 2004, Dr. Saalinger was in private practice for 23 years, specializing in, chemical dependency, depression, trauma and anxiety related issues for individuals and their families. She is the author of the Fearless Change program curriculum.

Arthur J. Farkas, Ph.D. SAP was on the faculty with the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He was responsible for substance abuse research and has over 40 articles published in peer reviewed journals. In addition, he worked as executive director for a residential treatment program. He is a certified Substance Abuse Professional who is authorized to conduct Department of Transportation (DOT) alcohol and drug assessments.
