Casa Pacifica Women's Testimonial

I came to Casa Pacifica women straight out of inpatient treatment,
newly sober, afraid and knowing no one. Being in such a peaceful sober
living environment allowed me to build a solid foundation in early
sobriety. I felt safe there and was able to focus on my self and form
a wonderful support group within the sober community. The friends I
made at Casa helped me get back on my feet, taught me how to have fun
in sobriety and gave me a home when I had nowhere to go. It was a
blessing to have a safe haven at a time in my life when everything
seemed so chaotic and frightening.

Casa Pacifica Women get the support you need.

Our Philosophy

Strength - Surrender - Sanctuary - Serenity - Self = Sustainability

Our mission at Casa Pacifica is to support each woman in securing her individual bridge between life and sobriety.

Casa Pacifica is a Transitional Sober Living Home for women that will guide you to a healthy sober path by first showing you how to live a rewarding life with the five S's - Strength, Surrender, Sanctuary, Serenity Self. This will be your foundation in bridging the gap between life and sobriety to ensure the most important of all. Sustainability. Casa Pacifica provides a serene environment which allows each resident to lay further ground work supporting a successful recovery process.

Strength - Surrender - Sanctuary - Serenity - Self = Sustainability

San Diego's Premier Women's Transitional Sober Living Home, Casa Pacifica, is located in beautiful Solana Beach, California and walking distance from the Pacific Ocean. Many amenities are nearby but even more valuable, is the safe, supportive and aesthetically beautiful environment. Casa Pacifica provides all residents with a structured environment while fostering independence thus encouraging each woman to secure their individual path on true recovery. Casa Pacifica is primarily self-regulated with certain guidelines including 20 hours a week of recovery activities. These may include 12-Step meetings, one on one therapy, step work, attendance at an intensive outpatient program or aftercare program.

Casa Pacifica teaches you how to bring LIFE into sobriety.

Experience has shown us that it is not only vital to focus on ones sobriety but to lay a firm foundation of balance in your physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. At Casa Pacifica, we encourage each resident to perform 20 hours a week of life skill activities. These may include physical exercise, outdoor activities, volunteer work, paid work, gardening, church, temple, synagogue, health and wellness lectures, alternative therapies, spiritual practices, yoga and vocational counseling. The house manager and management team will assist each individual with finding and establishing these contacts.

The biggest gift of sobriety that I have been given is not only finding peace inside myself but finding that life is actually worth living. Life is full of amazing possibilities and Casa Pacifica constructs the bridge that connects one into love within all avenues of life.
