Meeting Your recovery coach will sit down with you once a week and provide guidance in making healthy choices about your lifestyle, activities and relationships. Whether integrating back into a family, seeking employment or wishing to pursue an education, academic advice, budget planning, assistance in establishing fitness routines, nutrition choices, and spiritual practices your recovery coach is there to assist, support and guide you to help find balance in your schedule.

Drug testing carries the connotation as a punitive course of action associated with harsh consequences In truth, drug testing offers an opportunity for you to rebuild trust with family members, loved ones, employers and regulatory organizations After all, the trust has been lost, words and convoluted explanations of behavior no longer matter to those who have lost trust and hope. But a simple drug test can establish the absence of a drug better than anything else we know of Over time, trust can be regained and relationships once broken can heal.
Development of a Personalized Continuing Recovery Plan
Every one of us faces different challenges in recovery. Creating a personal, written recovery plan is important because it gives you a roadmap to follow. It provides structure, keeps you on track, organized, and able to with your needs and goals in mind, empowers you in stating long term recovery.
Weekly goal setting to achieve sustainability and commitment to recovery & 3 dedicated phone sessions
Your best intentions don’t count. The only thing that counts is your ability to set goals and achieve those goals including both daily activities and long-term goals, discuss motivation behind the goals, biggest challenges in reaching those goals and steps to achieve the goals weekly By looking at these goals weekly and tracking your progress we can assist you to continue to make positive changes for sustained abstinence. Stay accountable and stay in communication with 3 phone sessions a week.

Essential Relapse Prevention Strategies Should your Recovery come into Jeopardy.
Your sober coach will work with you to develop a relapse prevention plan that addresses your specific needs and risk factors in recovery The level of support and encouragement you receive in early sobriety comes in all forms including your social dynamic as well as family members. Many people in recovery face similar struggles in these areas and each person will have different relapse triggers We work with you to develop a plan that will identify these triggers and stressors that may cause you to stumble, address your specific needs and risk factors and provide relapse prevention tools to implement into your daily routine to help prevent relapse You don’t have to wait to use these skills when you have the desire to use. They can be used daily to prevent or reduce cravings and ultimately a relapse.
